Went to obtain a second opinion & estimate on my pin, since each of the fluids are spilling out of this busted seal & the car was not safe to drive at the car rentals losangeles (though Mazda did not have a problem along with me driving approximately with a busted pin). The similar job that Mazda predictable at 1000 dollar; I got done in an independent supermarket in this PB called as Steve Auto mend for 180 dollar! That includes analysis (which entailed a group of labor & removal of the pin), parts (new pin with 2-yr guarantee) & labor at cheap car rentals losangeles airport. Mazda was leaving to charge me 200 dollar just to obtain the axle off & confirm that it wanted to be replaced, & then does not charged me another 800 dollar to do the work!

Fine, this is quite lucky, but I am officially thinking regarding getting out of the Mazda & not going back following the poor client service from both dealership & the OEM. I purchased a new brand 2004 Mazda three from John at the “no haggle” cost – not the best cost. I could have gotten, but almost certainly not the worst moreover at honolulu car rental. Fact is that I was eager to take the risk on the primary model year of the new car (typically a big no) & wanted all the signals & whistles for options. As a result I called John & said, if you could find this options /color/model I will come down & buy it. Consequently I was there of about 4 hours for “transaction”. To be predictable I guess, consequently oh well – vehicle sales are car auctions & that is not hypothetical to be an optimistic experience.

That supposed, I feel affection for my Mazda three, I am simply happy since where this relationship have gone, & that definitely influences how you make decisions on the products from the particular company, still if you like the product.
Anyhow, I am satisfied with Mazda service.
